Shipping & Handling Policy

You will receive your order within five to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge, but you must place your order via telephone with a customer support specialist. The following charges are in addition to our regular shipping rates:

  1. 2ND Day Delivery add $12.00 extra
  2. Overnight Delivery add $25.00 extra
  3. Saturday Delivery (At your request) add $35.00

We do not offer expedited delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the item. For refund or exchange, please contact our customer support line (252-237-8284) for a return authorization number and information about returning any item. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges; however, you will not have to pay for return shipping of any item, or additional shipping charges for items that are exchanged.

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment only.
